Our Sampling Set brings together four 20g jars of Ajji’s cultured ghee: Original Desi Ghee, Chilli & Garlic, Honey & Saffron, and Rosemary & Pink Salt. Each one starts with our traditional cultured ghee, made from single-source British grass-fed dairy, then finished with flavours made for everyday food.

Use the Original for rice, dal, rotis, toast, and everyday cooking. Use the flavoured ghees as a finishing fat: melt over potatoes, vegetables, toast, rice bowls, pasta, grilled food, or anything that needs instant warmth and depth.
