Ajji’s Ghee sells small-batch cultured ghee and related products.

Colour, texture, graininess, and consistency may vary from batch to batch because our ghee is made in small batches using traditional methods.

Ghee may naturally soften, melt, liquefy, or resolidify depending on room temperature, season, and transit conditions. This does not usually mean the product is faulty or unsafe.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, colour, texture, or consistency of any product will be exactly the same as shown on our website or social media.

All product descriptions, prices, availability, and packaging are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Food information and allergens

We take food safety seriously and make every effort to provide accurate product information, including ingredients, allergens, storage guidance, and best-before dates.

Our ghee is made from dairy and contains milk. It is not suitable for people with a milk allergy.

Any flavoured ghee products may contain additional ingredients and allergens depending on the flavour. Please read the product page, label, and packaging carefully before consuming.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Where local hand delivery is offered, eligibility will depend on order value, postcode, delivery availability, and the terms shown at checkout or on our website.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the product passes to you.

Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or products where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

For unopened online orders, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
