Made with our slow-simmered cultured ghee from British grass-fed dairy, this is the jar you reach for when you want a little sweetness, a little heat, and a lot of flavour. The honey brings a gentle sweetness, the chilli adds warmth, and the cultured ghee ties it all together with its signature deep, nutty finish.

Drizzle it over pizza, roast carrots, crispy potatoes, paneer, grilled corn, toast, or anything that could do with a sweet and spicy kick.
