Made with our slow-simmered cultured ghee from british grass-fed dairy, this is our softer, more indulgent jar. Golden cultured ghee is paired with floral saffron and a touch of honey, making it perfect for sweet breakfasts, desserts, and special moments. It’s rich without being heavy, sweet without being sugary, and beautifully fragrant.
Spoon it over toast, pancakes, porridge, warm rotis, sheera, halwa, baked fruit, or vanilla ice cream.

Although this Ghee is sweet, I love adding a saffron flavour in any part of a meal. So, I've mostly used this product on rice. I love how the flavour is sweet - but not too sweet - and the classic ghee taste really comes through. The product is so smooth and really elevates any dish. I am American and my partner is from India and we both really love the product. We feel it is really unique in the market and such an extra special little luxury to brighten up any dish we make at home. I loved meeting the brand founder at Playing Outside. She is such a delightful person and does an excellent job on social media explaining the process behind making the product. I first tasted it at the Sundara supper club and after that I just couldn't wait to get my hands on my own jar of it!
I literally ate this ghee by the spoon full! It is so good
